Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling.  

If you are scheduled for laser hair removal please ensure the area to be treated has been shaved within 24 hours of your appointment.  Due to time constraints we are not able to shave clients, and may need to reschedule your appointment.  Should we have time to shave the area to be treated you will be charged $15 for this service.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Advanced Skin + Body Aesthetics we have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy to respect our providers’ time and to allow us to fill gaps in our schedules.

If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated.  (No Shows and Late Cancels prior to 1.1.24 WILL be considered for this policy)

If an appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will still go towards the rescheduled service.

Last-minute cancellations and no shows do not allow us time to fill the open times in our schedule.  We appreciate your understanding.

Complimentary Consultations
At Advanced Skin + Body Aesthetics we have a 24-hour Cancellation/No Show Policy for our complimentary consultations. If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 2 times, client will then be required to pay a $50 consultation fee at the time of booking appointment. The $50 is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. The $50 will go towards any service purchased at the time of the consultation if the policy is not violated.

Financial Policy

Services purchased will become void after 18 months if they have not been used.

Services cannot be transferred to another client’s account.

Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.  If you are unable to proceed with pre-paid services due to a medical condition (with doctors note) the amount pre-paid will be transferred to your account for use on other services offered at Advanced Skin + Body Aesthetics within 12 months of transfer.

We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Card purchases.
